2. Service Description

SINELI provides digital eSIM services that enable users to access mobile data connectivity in various countries worldwide. Our services include:

  • Purchase and activation of eSIM data plans
  • Digital delivery of eSIM profiles via QR code
  • Customer support for eSIM installation and usage
  • Access to our online platform and mobile applications

3. User Obligations

When using SINELI services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not engage in fraudulent, criminal, or illegal activities
  • Not copy, distribute, or modify any part of our service without permission
  • Not use automated systems or software to extract data from our website
  • Ensure your device is compatible with eSIM technology before purchase
  • Ensure your device is carrier unlocked for eSIM activation

4. Payment and Pricing

All prices are displayed in the selected currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full before service activation. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and other digital payment options. All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

5. eSIM Activation and Usage

Upon successful payment, you will receive a QR code via email for eSIM activation. You are responsible for:

  • Scanning and installing the eSIM profile on your compatible device
  • Activating the eSIM according to the provided instructions
  • Ensuring your device settings are correctly configured for data usage
  • Managing data consumption within your purchased plan limits

eSIM activation must be completed within the validity period specified in your plan. Once activated, the plan duration begins immediately.

6. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Full refund if the eSIM has not been activated or installed
  • Full refund for technical issues preventing eSIM activation, provided you contact support within 48 hours
  • No refund for activated eSIMs or if data has been consumed
  • No refund for incompatible devices or carrier-locked phones
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Service Availability and Limitations

While we strive to provide reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Service availability may be affected by:

  • Local network coverage in your destination country
  • Technical issues with partner mobile networks
  • Government restrictions or regulations in certain countries
  • Force majeure events beyond our control

SINELI is not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party network providers or factors beyond our control.

8. Data Usage and Fair Use Policy

Our unlimited data plans are subject to fair use policies. Excessive usage that impacts network performance may result in reduced speeds or service suspension. Activities such as continuous streaming, large file downloads, or using the service for commercial purposes may be restricted. We reserve the right to investigate unusual usage patterns and take appropriate action.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the SINELI platform are owned by SINELI or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

SINELI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lagos, Nigeria.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
